Cocorosie.

This is so my favorite song right now and totally has been since they played it at Carnegie hall.

What, Too Soon???

This is Trouble Jr. Yesterday he told me the funniest knock-knock joke i have ever heard....

"Knock Knock"

"Who's there?"

"September 11th"

"September 11th Who?"

"You said you'd never forget."

Young Love - Find A New Way: Terry Richardson Version

Young Love.

I just got back from Mexico City, only problem is my camera desided to stay behind...i can hardly blame her as i had a great time there as well.

So yeah i don't have a camera anymore, which means i don't have any of the amazing pictures i took in Mexico City as well... but if i ded i highlight real would look something like this....

-The Miss Universe pagent staying at our hotel.
-The Miss Universe pagent leaving only to be replaced by Don King.
-Luckey and i winning the bet on the De La Hoya vs. Mayweather fight.
-Mescalaria action.
-Sweet festival shots of both Devendra and the Magic Numbers.
-But mostly the breathtaking architecture of this fantastic town!

If anyone has suggestions / recommendations on a new camera...let me know!

Also i desided that i am going to use this here blog to let good folks know about my touring schedule...

Earch Crisis May 5th

From: Scott Crouse

Hey, my name is Scott Crouse and I play guitar in a band called Earth
Crisis. We are playing in Ventura on May 5 and are in need of a sound guy.
Would you be available/interested in possibly doing sound for us. We are
playing at the Majestic Ventura Theater and it should be a pretty full
house. Please let me know ASAP. Thanks.

WOW this blew my mind i had to re read it about 6 times to make sure that it was real and even then i didn't really think it was true...first of all didn't earth crisis break up like forever ago, and secondly HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET AHOLD OF ME???

So my next step was to search the internet for some validity to this claim of Earth Crisis playing a show...so i checked the myspace....which had not been updated in a few years...next i checked the victory records website...again nothing....so finally i checked out the venues website....and there it was the truth that indeed the mighty Earth Crisis was coming back, reuniting to bring a firestorm to purify the greater southern California area of all non straight egde vegans!!!!

Once again i still have no idea how they found my but i figure it could be on of two things that led them in my direction....one i am vegan and have been for almost eight years, or two they somehow found out that i just quit smoking....either way my mind was totally blown...

here is a couple shots of the best dude ever.

Oh, by the way i turned them down....i will be in Mexico City with Devendra Banhart.

Long Live The New Flesh.

On 4-4-07 we threw what most likely will be the last New Flesh Party...here are most of the flyers from the duration of the party.

This was the first one we did w/ Matt & Kim and Meneguar

it was a good run...flyers by Ian Bartholomew, Robbbie Schmaltz, Jenn, and myself.
