My Hometown

I know that it is a little late in the game to be showing Christmas pictures...but i have been slacking a little bit.

Lexi and i went up to Seattle for Christmas to visit my family...we then rented a car and took the 101 down the coast. If you haven't before do yourself a favor and take a week to do this drive...it is beautiful.

This is Lake Washington...just a few blocks from the house i grew up in.

I love going back home for the holidays...Not only because the Landreth family totally kicks ass...but because the weather in Seattle is perfect....sure it may be rainy but you just cant beat overcast skys, a stiff breeze...and everything else that makes this place feel like home.

Lexi loves Mac & Cheese....Apparently Beechers in the Pike Place Market kills it in that department....Good news for my Vegan brethren they rock a mighy fine veggie chilli, and it is right across the street from the bakery that has the super dope Vegan cookies!

The next stop on our Christmas time road trip was Cannon Beach on the Oregon coast...Lexi was pumped!
and yes that is haystack rock...the same rock from the end of Goonies...epic.

We went on a walk up the beach...i found this...the biggest jellyfish probably ever! It was as big as my foot, no kidding!!

BTW Lexi and I are way in love.
